At Polymeric Sand Store, we want to ensure your hardscaping projects are a success, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Please note that due to the weight and nature of our materials, items must be in their original, moisture-free packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the quantity of sand or sealant you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened bags or containers onto a pallet or into a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Arrange shipping via your preferred carrier or request a prepaid freight label from us (costs will be deducted from your final refund amount) to our designated distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the product to confirm it is dry and factory-sealed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
